If a significant property issue affects your stay, we may offer a refund or alternative accommodation, depending on the severity and availability of solutions.

5. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to check in without prior notice are not eligible for a refund, as the reserved dates were held exclusively for their stay.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institution. Processing times may vary based on banking policies.

7. Non-Refundable Bookings
